Walking Barefoot
Many people think that walkin barefoot is something bad and harmful for us, but in reality it is of a great benefit to do that at least 5 minutes per day. However, walking barefoot in any surface doesn't carry the same beneficial effect; in order to obtain observable and benefitial effects you should walk on natural surfaces such as sand and grass.
As you walk barefoot on natural surfaces, the harmful and excessive positive charges which are called free radicle are attracted by the earth's negative charges. As a result, the amount of these free radicles which are the main cause of all our pain, illness and stress will be eliminated naturally and without taking any antibiotic.
Moreover, walking barefoot will decrease the risk of having a heart attack. It can be prevented because as you walk barefoot you are eliminating the excessive positive charges on the surface of red blood cell which are the main cause of an increase in the blood viscousity. So, if those charges are eliminated we are decreasing the blood viscousity and therefore preventing heart attack
To sum up, you should walk barefoot at least 5 minutes per day to keep your body healthy.

Welcome Mawaddah, as I publish ideas about my subject I feel comfortable to that because I like things that are related to our body especially nowadays we are facing a lot of health problems...so it is our job to provide people with natural alternatives to cure themselves.
